Covid-19

Helping you and your family through COVID-19

Since we are a healthcare facility and under a Pharmacy License, we will still be requiring all patrons and employees to wear a mask when in the store at all times after 3/12/22 until given other direction.  If you do not have one, we will provide one to you at our Customer Service Department when you first enter the store.  If you are unable to wear a mask please utilize our drive thru lanes or call us from your vehicle and we will assist you in the parking lot.

We’re in this together! We ask that you please respect and follow our guidelines.  We are still requesting that you follow social distancing guidelines  to do your part to keep everyone as safe as possible during this challenging and stressful time for us all.  Jim’s also delivers to our customers free of charge within the city limits as far West as Airport Rd and as far East as Four Seasons Ranch, Monday-Saturday. We also have limited delivers to Sequim on Tuesday and Thursday to Group Homes & Assisted Living Facilities. Although we are not a mail order pharmacy, we do mail prescriptions out to various cities within the state for those who want to continue to utilize our pharmacy for their pharmaceutical needs when going back to College, away for winter months etc.

General Considerations

Please do not enter our store if you are sick or if you have been diagnosed with or awaiting test results due to related symptoms of COVID-19. Follow directions given from your Provider and instruction provided below under the Department you are here to utilize.

With WA State fully reopening, July 1st we are recommending you wear a mask in our establishment if you are not fully vaccinated.  All mask requirements have been lifted of our employees and customers if you are fully vaccinated.  Ear looped surgical masks will be available to you located directly inside our store entrance if you need one. We also have cloth masks in family and kid sizes with a varieties of choices and styles.  (Please see other information regarding mask requirements  in the Pharmacy Immunization section listed below).

We are still asking all of our patrons to practice social distancing while shopping and waiting in line as much as possible.

Hand Sanitizer will be readily accessible in all departments for your use.

Sneeze into a tissue or your arm to limit exposure to others and limit unnecessary touching of products and items while shopping.

We encourage the use of credit/debit cards for methods of payment for transactions to limit the exchange of monies whenever possible.

Please be considerate of our staff as we are doing the best we can under these circumstances.

We welcome any comments or concerns you may have.
